Week 5 Rankings: Capo Still Best
The top five remain the same from last week, with a little re-shuffling. Brawlers lost the most ground in this observer's mind.
1) Capo: I think last week was a bit of an aberration. That said, here's to a shoot-out in Dallas next week. No Change.
2) Bill: Shaun Alexander is the latest Good RB to become a liability. But the rest of the offense is intact. Up 1.
3) Flannel: They don't have a healthy RB on the roster. I think the luck is running out, but they still have Peyton. Down 1.
4) Old No. 7: I'm worried about Delhomme's injury and their beat-up WRs, but hope exists in Ronnie Brown's emergence. Up 1.
5) Beavers: I'm worried about the QB position. Adrian Peterson may have to carry this team. Down 1.
6) Malleus: Will continue to piece together decent games, but there's no explosiveness on this roster. Up 3.
7) Mimes: Rivers seems erratic, Gore isn't getting it done. If Rivers turns it around, they can be ok. Up 3.
8) Drow: The offense here is average at best. Will pick up the odd win when match-ups are favorable and the defense explodes. Down 1.
9) Rednecks: Their RBs are holding them back. The WR group needs someone to step up too. Up 2.
10) Hamburglers: Javon Walker has disappeared and Tomlinson has underperformed. But if Tomlinson gets back on track they could make a run. Down 2.
11) Brawlers: Favre isn't getting any help. Have to hope a RB gets healthy. Down 5.
12) Ramjets: Patience in (or lack of alternatives to) Eli and Portis may start to pay off. I don't think this team is dead. No change.
