Week 9 Notes
Adrian Peterson broke his own 3 week old record for pts in a FLOF game by 3 pts and became the first FLOF player to score 50 in a game.
This was Beavers' 5th win in a row, the best current win streak in FLOF. Mimes extended their home losing streak to 7 games. Flannel extended their road winning streak to 5 games. Capo extended their road win streak to 4 games.
Capo and Bushkill's offense-fest was the 4th highest scoring game in FLOF history.
And, in case you missed it, Malleus have made a record 19 trades already this season. But can he reach 30?
Other records in jeopardy:
Flannel is 3 wins away from tieing Drow's 2002 record 11 wins in a season and breaking that same team's record .846 winning percentage. Mimes are 4 losses away from tieing Ride the Lightning's record 11 loss season last year.
Over half the season is in the books and Capo currently has the best Power ranking in the history of FLOF. Flannel is currently sitting 3rd all-time. Capo is also sitting on the best Offensive Power Rank, Rednecks 3rd, Flannel 5th all-time. And, Capo is sitting 3rd all-time in Defensive Power Ranking.
Tom Brady currently has more pts in a FLOF season (233) then all but three players and he is on pace to break Peyton's 313 pt season from 2004. At his current pace, Adrian Peterson will finish 2nd in total pts by a RB. He's got 157 right now. The record is held by Tomlinson at 295 pts. Terrell Davis has 240 in second. Both Randy Moss (100 pts) and T.J. Houshmanzedah (88 pts) are on pace to break T.O.'s 2002 record 135 pts in a season. Adam Vinatieri (74) is currently 7 pts off the pace to break Vanderjagt's 2003 record 127 pts.
Rednecks are only 23 pts shy of the record for most pts scored by a single team at QB in a season.
