Week 4 Rankings
World Beaters (at least for now)
1. Hamburglers (up 2)
Haven't scored fewer then 29 pts on D since week 1. Scored 84 total both of the last two weeks. But watch out for Flannel coming up fast behind them.
Grades So Far: Offense B, Defense A, Total A
2. Flannel (up 4)
The Flannel offense has scored more points the last two weeks than most entire teams (65 and 75) and Flannel are averaging over 100 total points over that stretch so the defense is no slouch. Week 2, the offense didn't do much and week 1 was a wash, so there is still the possibility that its a mirage. But I don't think so.
Grades So Far: Offense A+, Defense A, Total A+
Still Showing Well
3. Drow (down 1)
The offense and defense can be sporadic, but they've scored under 70 only once so far this year (week 1).
Grades So Far: Offense B, Defense A, Total B+
4. Beavers (down 3)
The offense seemed to hit a bump in week 3. Last week it got a little worse. The offense has been fabulous and the team looked tough to beat the first two weeks of the year.
Grades So Far: Offense C, Defense A, Total B+
5. Mimes (no change)
The defense has not really held up its end of the bargin since week 1. Earlier in the season, that wasn't an issue but the offense was happy to hit 49 this week without a decent running game.
Grades So Far: Offense B+, Defense D, Total B+
The Potential Is There
6. IC Lagers (up 5)
The offense has scored 50 or more twice and the defense has scored 30 twice. But they've had some clunkers too.
Grades So Far: Offense B, Defense B+, Total C
7. Malleus (up 2)
They've scored above 70 two weeks in a row but still have not scored above 80 on the season.
Grades So Far: Offense C, Defense B, Total B
8. Rednecks (down 4)
The defense is still bad and last week the offense failed. If the offense comes back, this team will still win games.
Grades So Far: Offense A, Defense F, Total C
Mostly Bad
9. Bill (down 2)
Last week was pretty bad. But the defense has been pretty good so far. If only the offense would catch up.
Grades So Far: Offense D, Defense A, Total C-
10. Ramjets (up 2)
Roger is out to prove that I know nothing about FLOF... and that mostly bad is a lot like mostly dead. After the worst first 3 weeks of any team they put together an excellent effort last week to prove they have life.
Grades So Far: Offense C-, Defense B, Total C-
I Forget When They Were Decent
11. Old No. 7 (no change)
Week one's 105 points was sooo long ago. Since then they haven't toped 55 total points in a game or 18 pts on D.
Grades So Far: Offense C, Defense D, Total D
12. CAPO (down 3)
The offense has scored 26 pts in two consecutive weeks. I have to figure Brees will wake back up, but its clear that no one else can help this team win and that's always dangerous.
