Week 2 Review
Hamburglers 22 - CAPO 22
Both teams had a chance to capture this game last night, especially Hamburglers. But Reggie Wayne did not produce his usual numbers and the game resulted in the first tie this year. So both teams remain at the top of the Right Division for now at 1-0-1.
Ramjets 18 - Flannel 13
Flannel were in a big whole going into Monday night and they almost climbed their way out of it. Peyton put on a show but he got no help from Addai and Ramjets hold on for the win... the only win for a Right Division team this week moving Ramjets within 1/2 game of the division leaders while Flannel joins Drow and IC Lagers in the winless category.
Mimes 71 - Malleus 31
Mimes roll again with huge efforts from Rivers and Gore. This tandem is proving deadly early this season. Malleus put together a modest effort, but that just wasn't going to get it done this week. Mimes break out to the early 2-0 record while Malleus fall to 1-1.
Beavers 35 - Old No. 7 14
Beav got solid outings from everyone but Charles Woodson came up with the huge Int return for a TD that gave Beavers the comfortable lead in this game. Old No. 7 actually got 10 pts from Reggie Bush, but noone really stood out for Jason's team in the loss... well, other then Roy Williams goose-egg. Beavers keep pace with Mimes in the Left at 2-0 while Old No. 7 drop to 1-1.
Bill 64 - Drow 34
The Drow offense came up big paced by a strong game from Vincent Jackson. Bill's offense came up bigger with 43 from Chris Johnson. Bill's win gets them to 1-1 while Drow fall into an early 0-2 hole.
Rednecks 43 - IC Lagers 39
A game between two teams with decent offense and little defense this week. Both teams look to be middle of the pack contenders so far this season, but Rednecks had just a little bit more plus home field advantage to pick up their first win while IC Lagers remain winless.
