Week 7: Things Tighten Up
11 Bill's Team @ 22 Malleus
Malleus didn't play all that well, but for the second week in a row it was good enough for a win. Newly acquired Ben Roethlisberger got Malleus out to a lead and then Randy Moss sealed the win with 15 on Monday night. Bill only got 2 pts from Nate Kaeding and no one really stepped up on either side of the ball this week. The win gives Malleus a winning record and pulls them within 1 game of Bill in the Middle Division.

24 Buffalo Bills @ 0 Old No. 7
OK, this is crazy. Buffalo's total points scored since week 1: 89, 69, 103, 51, 86, 42, 80. Demarcus Ware was the driver this week for Buffalo. Old No. 7 did not help their own cause. Forte was the only guy to show up on offense. These two teams are now tied in the basement of the Middle Division, but only 2 games behind Bill.

4 Flannel @ 35 Drow
Flannel had three different offensive players put 0's on the scoreboard. Drow put together their best offensive effort in several weeks led by receiving duo Steve Smith and Vincent Jackson. The win and Mimes' loss pads Drow's lead in the Left to 2 games. Flannel, meanwhile, drop into a tie with Capo atop the Right.

1 Capo @ 0 Mimes
This game should not have been this close, but Mimes' defense almost stole a tie out of a bad situation. Mimes' offense was lead by Philip Rivers' 6 pts. But Jared Allen and DeAngelo Hall contributed 34 between them and was this close to keeping Capo off the board despite a big game from Brandon Jacobs and a defensive gem that essentially went to waste. The win puts Capo back into a tie with Flannel for the Right Division lead while Mimes fall into a tie with the Beavers for second in the Left.

Mimes Overall Grade: D, offense: F-, defense: A+
0 Hamburglers @ 45 Beavers
Now this is the Adrian Peterson we were expecting to see this season. Calvin Johnson also came up big and Patrick Willis and the Beaver defense made this a complete game. For Hamburglers, the swith to Derek Anderson didn't make up for the fact that LDT is still in a serious funk.

51 Ramjets @ 0 Brawlers
Sometimes scores don't tell you the whole story. This time, the score tells you everything. Ramjets put together a very solid outing driven by Clinton Portis' huge day and a defense that loaded up on tackles to good effect. Brawlers, well. They didn't score a single offensive point other then their home field bonus. Favre did not have a good day but he got no help since the kicker was on bye and Chris Perry, Ronald Curry, and Marques Colston were completly missing from their team's box scores. Oh, and Roy Williams got hurt and also did not contribute.
