Week 4 Recap

Off week for me this week as I only correctly picked the winner in 2 contests. I also thought there were be several very close games, however, there really wasn't  As a side note, I did almost nail the final score for the Rednecks/Lagers game, so there is that.

Maniacs mute Mimes

Computer and I said Maniacs. Me 1: computer 1.

The Good: The offense showed up large for the Maniacs with everyone scoring in double digits.

The Bad: The Mimes rebounded from their poor showing last week with a huge 53 point defensive effort. But still lost.

The Ugly: The Manics DB position remains a concern with only 13 total points for that position through the year so far.

Bronies bite Hamburglers

Computer said Hamburglers, as did I. Me 1: computer 1.

The Good: The Bornies team finally played like the top team their power rating says they are.

The Bad: The Hamburglers are still getting next to no contribution from the WR corps.

The Ugly: Hilton has 2 points over the course of 2 games.

Dynasty falls to Capo

Computer said Dynasty, and again, I agreed. Me 1: computer 1.

The Good: Drew Brees and Matt Forte came up big.

The Bad: Eli Manning and LeSean McCoy did not.

The Ugly: Darrelle Revis was the only one that bothered for Dynasty this week.

Old No. 7 down Malleus

Computer said Old No. 7. I said Malleus. Me 1: computer 2.

The Good: Peyton Manning.

The Bad: Murray reverted back to normal after his 1 week outburst.

The Ugly: Justin Houston decided to notch a bad game right after Haydn added him.

Drow sinks Bill

Computer said Drow and I sided with Bill. Me 1: computer 3.

The Good: The Drow did just enough again. AP and Earl Thomas carried the day..

The Bad: Even a decent Bill offensive effort may have been enough for the win.

The Ugly: There was 1 point scored between both QB this week. Dalton is no Rodgers.

Lagers deck Rednecks

Computer and I both agreed with Lagers. Me 2: computer 4.

The Good: Lagers didn’t set the world on fire this week, but it was still enough.

The Bad: Despite some big names, the RB position for the Rednecks seems to be an issue. Along with the DF.   

The Ugly: Mike Vick pulled for Foles late in the game. Jay Cutler, 4 INT. Tannehill, 3 INT and a fumble. QB issues remain.
