Week 1 Recap

For the predictions, I went 5-1 and the computer went 1-6. A solid prognosticating effort for yours truly. Now, about the ACTUAL GAME.....

The Good: The Mimes had the best defensive outing of the week.

The Bad: Neither team bothered with an offense.

The Ugly: Jamie, remember you can start a kicker. Not that Bryant and his 5 points would have done much.

Bill gets by Rednecks

Computer said Rednecks, I said Bill. Me 2: computer 0.

The Good: Vick wasn't a total disappointment after all.

The Bad: Cam didn't look that great. First game jitters?

The Ugly: 9 points on defense? Ouch.

Dynasty storms past Old No. 7

Computer said No. 7 as did I. Here was your shootout game. Still me 2: computer 0.

The Good: Both teams have an offense to be reckoned with.

The Bad: Both teams need some defensive help.

The Ugly: Payton opens with 53 and you lose?

Malleus falls to Capo

Computer said Malleus, I said Capo. Even my score prediction was close. Me 3: computer 0.

The Good: Solid offensive and defensive outing for both clubs. Brees looked good.

The Bad: David Wilson. He won’t be starting much longer with another game like that.

The Ugly: Despite a solid defensive showing, that was a lot of points to leave on the bench Haydn.

Bronies defeats Maniacs

Computer said Maniacs, I said Bronies. Me 4: computer 0.

The Good: Carson Palmer looks to be a decent pickup.

The Bad: C.J. Spiller, where were you?

The Ugly: Cruz cannot help you on the bench Mike.

Drow down Lagers

Computer and I both said Drow. Me 5: computer 1. I was close to the correct final score….for Doug.

The Good: 135 total points will win a lot of games.

The Bad: Foster and Calvin combine for 6 points. Yuck.
The Ugly: 96 total points from Lagers would have won most of the other games.
