WC Rankings and Playoff Predictions
This will be our final rankings article for 2014. Going into the FLOF Bowl, I just don't think the computer model works at all (assuming it works any now :).
For this week's rankings, I focus only on the playoff teams. For Bill and Drow I assumed a line-up and scored it from last week. For Bill I used the previous week's line-up. For Drow I used the line-up I thought I would have gone with.
Hamburglers are clearly peaking at the right time. They have scored 70+ points of offense in each of their last two games -- first to secure home field in the wild card round and then to vanquish Lagers in that round. But now they face what is the hottest team in FLOF right now: Drow. Drow have not scored less than 100 total points over the last four weeks (including their hypothetical output last week).
Dynasty continues to be inconsistent. In their wild card game they put up a slightly above average performance to follow-up their excellent outing in week 14. That said, they will face a Bill team that has been the luckiest in FLOF this year but not the best. Including a hypothetical game last week, Bill's team has not scored more than 60 total points since week 12's 77 point output.
Last week the computer went 2-1. This week:
Hamburglers @ Drow (68%)
Dynasty (61%) @ Bill
