Computer Rankings, Week 3: Stratification

This is the final week where I work in a little of my pre-season rankings -- these percentile are 75% based on the first 3 weeks of the season.  One oddity is that the top 6 teams by the computer are also the top 6 teams based on current records and the computers predicted playoff teams.  That kind of statistical neatness is odd.
