Week 6 Review
Six weeks in and the standings couldn't be less clear. The 3rd place team in every division is 1/2 game behind or tied with the division leader.
Middle Division
Malleus 17 - Old No.7 1
Rednecks 35 - Bill 23
The entire division went topsy turvy this weekend as former division leader Bill fell to Rednecks and previous to that division leader Old No. 7 fell to Malleus. Old No. 7 is now at the bottom of the standings, but still only 1 game behind new division co-leaders Rednecks and Malleus. Rednecks own the tie-breaker here with a week 2 victory over Haydn's team. Bill continues to put up average scores, they are just resulting in losses now. Tough loss for Old No. 7 this week as they played a good game but lost to one of the best teams in the league right now.
Left Division
Lagers win 38-36, Mimes and Drow tied 0-0, Beavers win 15-12
Lagers, Mimes, and Drow came into the weekend tied for first but only Lagers won. Mimes and Drow picked up ties though so they did not fall far behind at all. Beavers picked up a much needed win to improve their playoff hopes. Mimes had their worst game of the season -- a 70; Drow bounced back after 2 lesser games to score 92 but both teams were led by huge defensive efforts and meet huge defensive efforts in reply: welcome 0-0 tie. Lagers just edged CAPO in a game between two solid efforts while Beavers just nipped Hamburglers in a game neither team should really have won. Mimes and Drow continue to put up solid scores and also continue to pace the league in bad opponent luck. That said, Lagers are playing up to their divisions' talent and Beavers are finally seeing their opponent luck turn.

Right Division
CAPO loses 38-36, Ramjets and Flannel tied 0-0, Hamburglers lose 15-12
The Right Division put up a good fight this weekend but came away with 2 ties and 2 loses. CAPO lost a close one after an above average score of 75. Ramjets had the best score from the division and 3rd best in the league this weekend (89) but had the poor luck to play the second best score of weekend and ended up with a 0-0 tie. Flannel out up an average score and also ended up in a 0-0 tie. On the other hand Flannel and Ramjets ties kept them afloat while CAPO fell to them to create a three-way tie for first in the division at 2-3-1. Hamburglers also lost a close one, but they were lucky it was even close after scoring 47 pts.
