Week 12 Preview

Hamburglers (6-4-1) @ Dynasty (7-4)

These 2 teams are very close in both stats and record. I think this game is likely to be decide by which QB does the best, and for now, I like the match up featuring Eli @ DAL over Luck @ ARI. I don’t think having McCoy on the bench this week will do Dynasty any favors, but I’ll take them anyway.

Dynasty 20 – Hamburglers 18

Mighty Midtowne Mimes (5-6) @ Capo Di Tutti Capi (2-7-2)

Even though their records are very different, in terms of Power Ratings, they both are at the bottom. Capo has fielded nothing resembling a defense this year, but I have a feeling he will score a little more than usual this week. Will it be enough though? My feeling is the offense will let Capo down this week and Mimes even their record.

Rednecks (2-8-1) @ Old No. 7 (4-7)

Fresh off their upset win over Drow, Old No. 7 looks to continue their winning ways, this time taking on the bottom-dwelling Rednecks. Can the Rednecks pull off an upset win over 7? Not with Tannehill leading the way, who I predict will post a single digit number this week. I think the Rednecks keep it somewhat competitive, but end the end, the offense of the bottle will carry them to win #5.

Bill (9-2) @ Malleus Maleficarum (3-7-1)

I almost want to pick Malleus here for the upset. My only issue in doing so is the WR corps for Malleus. That has been a sore spot this year for Haydn, and I don’t see it getting better this weekend. I think the Bills could be had this weekend, I just don’t see enough coming from the Hammer to make it happen.

Bronies (4-6-1) @ Drow (10-1)

Now without his perfect record, the Drow look to rebound against a better-than-they-appear Bronies team. The Bronies have the fire-power to keep up with Drow, but a bad matchup for RGIII this week, combined with a defense that isn't’t quite up to the same level as the Drow, should allow for the men with a grey hat to rebound.

Iron City Lagers (7-4) @ Maniacs (4-7)

It looks to be a tough week for the Maniacs this week, as they face a hot Lagers team shorthanded. I don’t see the combo of Stafford/Johnson pulling off what they did it PIT last week, but it will not matter anyway against a Maniacs team that could post a single digit defensive number. Got a feeling this game gets out of hand pretty fast.
