Week 12 Recap

Week 12 is in the books and we are coming down to the final 2 games.

Export Flannel 26 - Fightin' Bitin' Beavers 19

Eli Manning had a big Monday night game that countered the big game from the Beavers Jimmy Graham. The Flannel inch a little closer to a Right Title. Meanwhile, with the Lagers loss, the Beavers remain in first place in the Left, but fail to pad their lead.

N.Y. Hamburglers 23 - Murrysville Drow 10

The Hamburglers have officially become the team no one wants to play down the stretch. The Drow falls this week to a solid effort from Matt Ryan and a stout defense. The Hamburglers may yet escape the Toilet, while the Drow’s Wild Card chances take a hit.  

 

Capo Di Tutti Capi 26 - Mighty Midtowne Mimes 3

Capo finally puts together a good game and gets the W over the Mimes. It is most likely too little, too late, but Capo technically remains in the hunt for a Wild Card. The Mimes looks like they are sliding toward a Toilet appearance.

Roger's Ramjets 52 - Iron City Lagers 17

A poor defensive output dooms the ICL squad this week. Roger stays alive in the race for the Right Division, while ICL fail to gain ground on the Beavers in the Left.

 

Rednecks 56 - Old No. 7 16

The offensive production from my squad was unexpected this week, led by Harvin and Cruz. ON7 looks to have a Toilet Bowl berth wrapped up, while the Rednecks are now in the pole position for the first Wild Card slot.

Malleus Maleficarum 59 - Bill's Team 7

Malleus wipes out another team behind a strong effort from Tom Brady. Bill offered up no defensive this week and is watching their season slip away. On the other side, Malleus has officially wrapped up the Middle Title, as there is no way for the Rednecks to claim it.
