Week 12 Preview

Malleus @ Beavers

Beavers have won two in a row to get back to .500 and position themselves for a run at a wild card spot but a loss would put them behind the 8-ball.  Malleus have won 8 of their last 9 and can clinch a division title with a win plus losses from Old No. 7 and Rednecks.

Old No. 7 @ Drow

This game is crucial for both teams as they are currently tied for the last 2 wild card spots.  The loser's playoff hopes will be much more tenuous and the winner will gain a smidgen of cushion and extend their hopes for a division championship.

Rednecks @ Lagers

A Lager win coupled with a Beaver loss, will all but guarantee Lagers at least a wild card spot.  Rednecks can grab hold of a wild card spot -- at least for a week -- with a win.

Hamburglers @ CAPO

CAPO's magic number is 1.  One more win or one more loss by all three of their division rivals gives CAPO the division.  CAPO is 4-0 inside the division so far and will win any tie-breaker for the division title.  Hamburglers could still win the division is they won out and CAPO lost their last 3 plus lots of help from Ramjets and Flannel.

Ramjets @ Flannel

If CAPO lose this week, one of these teams will have a chance to catch them for the divison title.  The loser will be eliminated from any playoff contention.

Bill @ Mimes

Talk about teams headed in opposite directions.  A win would put Mimes in very good shape from a playoff standpoint but the division will likely come down to the wire regardless of the results of this week's games.
