Week 2 Review

Lagers 8 - Flannel 6

Flannel are impressing early.  After winning last week, they upped their game and had Lagers on the run early.  But a huge Monday night gave Lagers an improbable come from behind victory.  Both teams are now 1-1 but both have played much better so far then I thought they would.

Old No. 7 30 - Bill 0

Peyton seems to like the middle division.  The offense and defense both improved this week while Bill's team took a complete nose dive with the worst performance of the young season.  Jason is  one of 3 teams to start out 2-0 and the only one in the middle division.

Mimes 49 - CAPO 2
Wow.  Mimes are averaging over 100 pts a game right now including over 45 per game on defense alone.  CAPO scored 80 this week and got completely destroyed.  Mimes are the second of the 2-0 teams.

Drow 41 - Hamburglers 11
Both teams improved on average week 1 outings but Drow improved a bit more and put the hurt on Ham.  Drow are the last of the 2-0 teams and Hamburglers are one of 3 winless after 2 weeks.

Ramjets 50 - Beavers 47
Another game where both teams improved on their week 1 scores.  This game also featured a late rally.   But Beavers fell just short and remain winless.

Rednecks 28 - Malleus 12
Both of these teams got beat in week 1 after mediocre outings.  Neither team got any better this week but someone had to pick up the victory.  Malleus maybe the 3rd winless team after 2 weeks but Rednecks have not played much better.
