Draft Lottery

Here's the lottery.  First we number 21 virtual ping pong balls and assign them to the 6 teams in the Lottery based on their allocation of balls:

Then we get Random.org to spit out a randomized sequence of the numbers 1-21.  The first number in the sequence will be the team that gets the #1 draft pick, etc. -- skipping numbers that represent a team that already has been slotted in the 2013 draft:

Then we press "Get Sequence" ...
