2010 Rules Summary
The rules committee wrapped up our 2010 conversation after pretty much running out of gas. But we had a productive session:

- Scoring Changes (more info)
- Thrown INTs now penalize 2 pts instead of 3
- Sacks taken by an offensive player (most often the QB) penalize 1 pt
- A FG is now worth 4 pts if made from 45+ yards, previously 40+
- Tackles by offensive players will now be counted. (Not really a rule change, more an emphasis)
- Any fumble by a player penalizes 1 pt. This replaces the rule that penalized 3 pts for a lost fumble.
- Free Agents can now be claimed any time before kickofff (more info)
- Draft lottery was weighted (more info)
- FV for D and K now halved (round up) minimum of 0 (more info)
- Adding a TE position
- Scoring safeties
- Limiting the number of franchised players per team at a particular position
- Does the current FV calculation make sense
