Week 6 Power Rating

I started off wanting to do a grading system, but have since decided it just isn’t exactly the way I wanted it (I know, after 6 week I decide that), so I am moving to a more traditional power rating system. Less thought required on my part and all.

1. Malleus

After a week hiatus, this team is back in the top slot this week. A league high defense will keep you in most games, even if the offensive –especially Tom Brady - output has tapered off from a hot start.

2. Ramjets

Defense was a killer this week. Supporting the best offense in FLoF will win this team its share of games. At least Schaub doesn’t have to play against the Baltimore D again this year.

3. CAPO

A good team that finally gets into the win column. Knew you couldn't keep Brees and Rice down forever. Capo has had some unlucky breaks, but maybe this is the start of a move up the Right?

4. Drow

Moved to the top of the Left Division. Feels like this team is starting to roll, especially with Aaron under center. That is, if the defense stays on board.

5. Rednecks

Average didn’t cut it this week. Still, something to be said about consistent, or lucky. Probably one Mike Vick injury from renaming this team ‘The Walking Dead’.

6. Beavers

Suffered a setback this week. QB plays seems to be an ongoing issue. Alex Smith didn’t really help.

7. Mimes

Got this win this week with an impressive overall performance. RB play is worrisome and Hillis seems to be suffering from appearing on the Madden cover.

8. Old No. 7

Lost a game that on a normal week would have been a win. At least Michael Turner is coming to life.

9. Flannel

Other than McCoy, last week was bad. 9 points on D? Ouch.

10. Lagers

Foster can’t seem to get on track. Best is out with an injury. Shonn Greene isn’t doing much. Stafford and CJ still look to carry this team.

11. Bill

So much for the Tim Hightower era.  At least CJ2K comes back. Nevemind.

12. Hamburglers

Pretty sure Darrell won’t be putting up 27 points a game, but a win is a win.
